Abstract
U ovom radu obrađene su morfološke karakteristike riječnog sliva. Objašnjen je pojam sliva i njegovi oblici. Na bazi podataka prikazanih na karti izohijeta sliva Neretve, određene su osnovne karakteristike sliva koje obuhvaćaju površinu sliva, dužinu rijeke, dužinu sliva, dužinu vododjelnica, srednju širinu i gustoću riječnu mreže. Pri očitavanju podataka sa karte, korišten je programski paket AutoCad. Napravljen je proračun, te nacrtana hipsonometrijska krivulja i uzdužni profil toka Neretve koje su geometrijske karakteristike riječnog sliva. Obrađene su visinske karakteristike sliva među kojima su izračunati srednja visina sliva i srednji pad toka Neretve.
