Abstract
Rad se sastoji od teoretskog okvira i praktičnog dijela. U teoretskom dijelu dana je definicija Building Infomation Modeling – BIM. Opisana je primjena BIM-a u metodama isporuka projekta, BIM dimenzije, BIM razine, načini prijenosa informacija u BIM-u, BIM softveri, BIM u svijetu, BIM u Hrvatskoj i BIM u budućnosti. U praktičnom dijelu ovog rada izrađen je 3D BIM model na temelju kojeg su pridodani 4D (vrijeme), 5D (troškovi), 6D (energetske performanse) . Potom su se na temelju tog modela izradili tri varijantna modela gdje se promjenom materijala, tehnologije i dinamičkog plana nastojale ostvariti promjene u troškovima, vremenu izgradnje i energetskoj učinkovitosti. Za svaki varijantni model ostvarena je promjena jedne dimenzije te su se promjene u drugim dimenzijama pratile i kvantificirale. Korišteni softveri u ovom radu su: Revit Architecture 2015, GALA 2012 – softver za graditeljstvo, Solibri Model Viewer, Microsoft Project 2013, Navisworks 2016, Green Building Studio, Wood Framing Rafter +. Rezultati ostvareni ovim alatima upućuju na najveću ovisnost između smanjenja troškova i energetske neučinkovitosti.

The study consists of a theory section and case study. In theory section is defined what is Building Information Modeling – BIM . It is desribed using a BIM in the project delivery methods, BIM dimensions, BIM levels, data exchange standards in BIM, BIM softwares, using BIM in world and using BIM in Croatia. In case study of this master thesis was made an intelligent 3D model, and adding a dimensions to this model: 4D (time), 5D (cost estimation), 6D (sustainability). Based on this model, are made three variant models where changing materials, technology and dynamic plan sought to achieve changes in costs, time of construction and energy efficiency. For each variant model was realized change one dimension and the changes in other dimensions followed and quantify. Softwares used in this master thesis: Revit Architecture 2015, GALA 2012 – construction software, Solibri Model Viewer, Microsoft Project 2013, Navisworks 2016. Green Building Studio, Wood Framing Rafter +. Results achieved with this software indicate the highest correlation between the reduction of costs and energy inefficiency.
