Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog rada primjena je BIM tehnologije u 6D, odnosno u energetskoj učinkovitosti javne zgrade. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu obrađen je BIM sustav, detaljnije je definiran BIM kao sustav i što zapravo on u sebi jest, što nije te kakvim ga „promatrači“ smatraju. U praktičnom dijelu modelirali smo zgradu u dva modela. Inicijalni model 1 sadržava materijale i dimenzije vanjske ovojnice kao što je trenutno na postojećoj građevini. Inicijalni model 2 energetski je učinkovit model na kojem su se poboljšala svojstva postavljanjem novih materijala na vanjsku ovojnicu i postavljanjem nove vanjske stolarije. Nakon modeliranja oba modela koristili smo za daljnju provedbu proračuna te izračun troškova. Proračunom i obnovom vanjske ovojnice postigli smo zadovoljavajuće rezultate u vezi s energetskom učinkovitosti. Radom smo procijenili da je BIM sustav opravdan u pogledu 6D dimenzije i njezine uporabe.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is the application of BIM technology in 6D energy renewal of public buildings.The work consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the BIM system was explained. More specifically, the BIM is defined as a system and what BIM is and what it is not, and how "observers" sees it.. In the practical part we modeled the building in two models. The Initial Model 1 contains materials and dimensions of the outer shell of the existing building. The Initial Model 2 is an energy-efficient model that has improved its properties by placing new materials on the outer shell and sett up a new exterior carpentry. After modeling, we used both models for further budget execution and cost calculation. We have achieved satisfactory results in terms of energy efficiency by calculating and renovating the outer envelope. We have evaluated that the BIM system is justified in terms of 6D dimensions and its use.
