Abstract
Oplate su pomoćne konstrukcije za izvedbu betonskih i armiranobetonskih konstrukcija. Služe kao kalup za svježu betonsku mješavinu, te budućem konstruktivnom elementu osiguravaju projektirani oblik i veličinu. DOKA i PERI dva su najzastupljenija proizvođača oplatnih sustava na hrvtskom tržištu. Cilj rada je usporediti troškove i vrijeme izgradnje građevine primjenom zidnih i stropnih sustava oplata ova dva proizvođača, na tržištima sa različitima cijenama troška rada te uz različit broj ponovnih korištenja. Za vrijeme izgradnje ključni je faktor vrijeme potrebno za montažu i demontažu pojedinog oplatnog sustava (h/m2). Na cijenu troškova izgradnje utječe više faktora; jedinična cijena matrijala (Kn/m2), cijena rada na pojedinom tržištu (Kn/h), ponovni broj korištenja (1 zgrada, 2 zgrade, 3 zgrade). Analizom podataka je utvrđe da u uvjetima gradnje na tržištu s visokom cijenom rada, te pri ostvarivanju dovoljno velikog ponovnog broja korištenja, za izgradnju su povoljniji oplatni sustavi s većom jediničnom cijenom materijala jer ostvaruju uštede u količini rada potrebnog za njihovu montažu i demontažu. Tržišta sa niskom cijenom rada, te manji broj ponovnih korištenja zahtjevaju oplatne sustave s nižom jediničnom cijenom materijala jer cijena materijala uvelike nadmašuje cijenu troška rada.
Abstract (english)
Formworks are auxillilary construcions for making concrete and reinforced concrete constructions. They are used as a mold for fresh concrete mixture, and they are ensuring that conctruction element has its projected shape and size. DOKA and PERI are two most common formwork manufacturers on Croatian market. The goal is to compare expenses and construction time of a building, using wall and slab formwork of these two manufaturers, on markets with different labor prices and with differenet number of repeated usses. For construction time the key factor is time needed for assembly and disassembly of each formwork (h/m2). Key factors for calculating construction expenses are; unit price of material (Kn/m2), labor price on each market (Kn/h), number of repeated usses (1 building, 2 buildings, 3 buildings). Analizing the data gave these results; in conditions of building in markets with high labor prices, and with achieving enough number of repeated usses, it is cost effective to use formork systems with higher unit price of materal because it shows saves in amount of work needed for their assembly and disassembly. Markets with lower labor prices and low number of repeated usses for cost effective build reqiure formwork systems with low unit prices of material because the price of formwork material outstrips the price of labor.
