Abstract | U radu je opisana tehnologija izvođenja različitih vrsta toplinskih izolacija na primjeru
obiteljske kuće. Za predmetni stambeni objekt odabrana je građevina koja se nalazi u gradu
Osijeku. Utvrđen je energetski razred zgrade za postojeće stanje. Na istome tome objektu
istraženo je kakav bi utjecaj imala izvedba različitih vrsta toplinskih izolacija. Obrađena su
dva različita tipa toplinski izolacijskih sustava: izolacija ekspandiranim polistiren (EPS) i
izolacija kamenom mineralnom vunom (MW). U radu je prikazana usporedba izvedbi
toplinskih izolacijskih sustava ekspandiranim polistirenom i kamenom vunom te određivanju
utjecaja navedenih sustava toplinske izolacije vanjskih zidova na razinu energetske
učinkovitosti i isplativosti navedenih izolacija. Nije promatrana kvaliteta otvora odnosno svi
proračuni su izvršeni s postojećim otvorima koji zadovoljavaju važeće tehničke propise.
Debljine slojeva izolacija koje se promatraju su debljine koje zadovoljavaju minimalni
koeficijent prolaska topline U [W/m2K] prema važećim propisima za kontinentalnu Hrvatsku.
Nakon izvršene analize tehnologije izvedbe toplinskih izolacija napravljena je i troškovna
analiza za svaku pojedinu vrstu izolacije. |

Parallel abstract (English) | In this thesis two different thermal insulation technologies are described. For this case study
purposes one residential building was selected, family house, located in city of Osijek. First
step was to establish current state of building, i.e. energy performance. This work tends to
clarify and explore more extensively influence of different thermal insulation types and
technologies on energy performance. Two types of thermal insulation are chosen for analysis
- expanded polystyrene (EPS) and mineral wool (MW). Thesis presents comparison of these
thermal insulation types and technologies as well as the determination of their influence on
energy efficiency and overall energy performance of building. Quality of installed doors and
windows is not taken into account since they meet current Croatian regulations. Thickness of
insulation layers is determined based on the minimum heat transfer coefficient, U-value
[W/m2K], according to the regulations for continental part of Croatia. Additional for each
thermal insulation type cost analysis is also presented in this thesis. |
