Pa je tako izrađeno idejno arhitektonsko rješenje cijelog niza kuća i idejno rješenje jedne kuće u nizu, te dio izvedbenog arhitektonskog projekta jedne kuće u nizu. Lokacija se nalazi u naselju “Jug IV u Osijeku” u zoni koja je predviđena za stamnenu izgradnju.
