Abstract
Tema završnog rada je produktivnost u građevinskoj djelatnosti i njeno poboljšanje s Lean konceptom i BIM-om. Sam rad sastoji se od uvoda, završnog rada i zaključka, a u radu je obuhvaćeno definiranje produktivnosti, mjerenje produktivnosti radne snage, gubici produktivnosti,čimbenici koji utječu na produktivnost, utjecaj BIM-a na građevinski projekt, primjena Lean koncepta za poboljšanje produktivnosti te novi model upravljanja produktivnosti.
