Abstract
Procesi sa strojnom mehanizacijom imaju značajnu ulogu za cjelokupan projekt u građevinarstu, osobito u novogradnji (zemljani i betonski radovi). Za uspješno izvođenje radova, potrebno je analizirati i definirati probleme građevinske mehanizacije. Kako bi radovi bili usklađeni i ravnomjerno raspoređeni, bez prekoračenja maksimalnog raspoloživog broja stroja provode se analize učinaka. Upravo određivanje učinka predstavlja glavni preduvjet za izbor strojeva. Izbor i planiranje rada građevinskih strojeva određuje se na temelju ostvarenog maksimalnog učinka uz najnižu cijenu. Prilikom izbora građevinskog stroja moguće je predložiti nekoliko varijanti glede oblika i vrsta tehnike, tehnologije i organizacije građenja za izvedbu pojedine građevine. U ovom radu predložene su tri varijante iskopa građevinske jame Sveučilišne knjižnice i multimedijskog centra u Osijeku. Opisan je slijed izbora strojeva, uzimajući u obzir raspoloživost građevinskih strojeva, uvjete na terenu i rok završetka izvedbe radova. U konačnici je predloženo najpovoljnije rješenje i značaj analiziranja svih elemenata prilikom izbora strojnog sustava za ovu građevinsku jamu.
Abstract (english)
Processes with mechanical systems have a significant role for the entire construction industry project, especially when it comes to new building (earth and concrete works). For a successful execution of works, it is necessary to analyse and define problems of construction machinery. In order to have balanced and well distributed performance, without exceeding the maximum available number of machines, effect analysis is carried out. Effect analysis itself represents the main prerequisite for selection of machines. Work planning and selection of construction machinery is determined on the basis of maximum achieved effect with the lowest possible price. When selecting the constructional machine it is possible to suggest several variants of from and types of techniques, technologies and organization of construction processes for a certain building. There are three variants proposes for the excavation on the University library and multimedia center in Osijek. The selecting of machines, with consideration of the availability of constructional machinery is described, including conditions on the site and the deadline for completion on works. Finally, the optimal solution is discussed as well as the significance of analysis of the all elements when selecting engineering systems for this excavation site.
