Abstract
Predmet diplomskog rada je projekt energetske obnove obiteljske kuće uz provedbu terenskih mjerenja zrakopropusnosti. Analizom postojećeg stanja utvrđeni su elementi vanjske ovojnice zgrade, te je provedeno mjerenje zrakopropusnosti objekta, prema kojima je napravljen proračun trenutnog stanja. Na temelju tih proračuna dan je prijedlog mjera za poboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti. U završnom djelu rada uspoređeni su rezultati trenutnog i projektiranog stanja zajedno sa analizom financijske isplativosti obnove. Pri proračunima su poštivane odredbe Pravilnika o energetskom pregledu zgrade i energetskom certificiranju (NN 88/2017.) te Tehničkog propisa o racionalnoj uporabi energije i toplinskoj zaštiti u zgradama (NN 128/2015.), a za potrebe proračuna energetskih svojstava zgrade korišten je računalni program KI Expert Plus.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this graduate thesis is the energy renewal of the family house with the implementation of field measurements of airtightness. By analyzing the existing condition, elements of the outer shell of the building were determined and airtightness was measured. Based on this evaluation, preposition of energy efficiency improvement measures was given. Ultimately, results of the current and projected state, along with the financial feasibility analysis was compared. The calculations were complied with the provisions of the Ordinance on Energy Examination of the Building and Energy Certification (Official Gazette No. 88/2017) and the Technical Regulation on the Rational Use of Energy and Thermal Protection in Buildings (Official Gazette 128/2015), and computer program KI Expert Plus was used for calculation of energy feature of the building.
