Abstract
Ovim radom obrađene su nesavršenosti u čeličnim konstrukcijskim elementima. U prvom dijelu teoretskog dijela prikazana je podjela nesavršenosti na geometrijske i materijalne te konkretne vrste nesavršenosti unutar svake podjele. Prikazana je njihova razredba, nastanak te način na koji se učinci pojedine nesavršenosti uzimaju u obzir. Drugim dijelom teoretskog dijela prikazan je način na koji se nesavršenosti uzimaju u obzir prilikom proračuna i to za proračun tlačnih elemenata, za proračun okvirnih konstrukcija i za proračun spregova, prema HRN EN 1993-1-1. U praktičnom dijelu rada prvo je prikazano dimenzioniranje prema zadatku rada, te nakon toga proračun istovrijedne nesavršenosti koja je korištena za modeliranje u programskom paketu Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2018. Zatim je prikazan način na koji su modelirani elementi u programskom paketu Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2018, te su prikazani dobiveni rezultati za otpornost elementa na izvijanje. Nakon toga, prikazano je modeliranje elemenata u programskom paketu ANSYS 17.0 te rezultati dobiveni tim programskim paketom. Usporedbom su prikazani svi rezultati na jednom mjestu: otpornost elementa na izvijanje prema HRN EN 1993-1-1 (bez faktora sigurnosti γM1), te rezultati iz oba programska paketa sa pripadnim nesavršenostima.
Abstract (english)
This paper elaborates imperfections in steel structural elements. In first part of theoretical part division is shown of imperfections on geometrical and structural imperfections, and specific types of each imperfection. Second part of theoretical part shows methods in which imperfections are considered in design for compression elements, famed constructions and for bracing systems, according to HRN EN 1993-1-1. In practical part, in first part it is shown design of elements according to HRN EN 1993-1-1, and after that, calculation of equivalent geometrical imperfection, which is used for modelling in software Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2018. Then, it is shown method of modelling in software Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2018, and results collected from calculations. After that, it is shown method of modelling in software ANSYS 17.0, and results collected from calculations. Comparison shows all results collected form paper in one place: buckling resistance according to HRN EN 1993-1-1 (without safety factor γM1), and results from both software with associated imperfections.
