Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada je izračunati požarnu otpornost tipskih lamelirani nosača odnosno jednostrešnog trapeznog nosača s nagibom α=δ=6°, dvostrešnog simetričnog trapeznog nosača s nagibom α=δ=6°, sedlastog nosača sa zakrivljenom intradosom s nagibima δ=12° i β=7,5°, i zakrivljenog nosača konstantnog poprečnog presjeka δ=β=12°. Statički sustav nosača je prosta greda, a nalaze se na međusobnom razmaku od 5 m. Dimenzioniranje i otpornost na požar provedeni su na nosačima jednake kvalitete materijala GL28h, raspona od 15m jer se radi o objektu dimenzija 15x45m. Zapravo je rađena usporedba požarne otpornosti četiri tipa nosača za jednake dimenzije raspona i jednaku kvalitetu materijala uz jednako stalno opterećenje od 0,35 kN/m2 i potrebnu analizu promjenjivog opterećenja. Pri dimenzioniranju lijepljenih lameliranih nosača korištena je norma HRN EN 1995-1-1. Svi nosači su dimenzionirani da zadovoljavaju granično stanje nosivosti koje je između 90% i 100% i granično stanje uporabljivosti. Za proračun otpornosti nosača na požar korištene su norme HRN EN 1991-1-2 i HRN EN 1995-1-2. Izračunom je određena nosivost nosača u minutama za 30, 60 i 90 min te je određena maksimalna nosivost pojedine vrste nosača. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu govori se općenito o tipskim lameliranim nosačima i požarnoj otpornosti drvenih nosača, a sadržaj praktičnog dijela rada je prethodno naveden.
Abstract (english)
The task of this thesis is to calculate the fire resistance of a type of lamellar beams or a one-sided trapezoidal beam with a slope α=δ=6°, a two-sided symmetrical trapezoidal beam with slope α=δ=6°, a sadlle beam with a curved intrados with slopes δ=12° and β=7,5°, and a curved constant cross section beam with slope δ=β=12°. The static system of the beams is simply supported beam, and are located at a distance of 5 m apart. Dimensioning and fire resistance were performed on the same quality materials GL28h, 15m span, because this is a 15x45m object. In fact, a comparison of the fire resistance of four types of beams for the same span dimensions and the same quality of materials with an equally constant load of 0,35 kN/m2 and required variable load analysis. The HRN EN 1995-1-1 standard was used when dimensioning glued laminated beams. All beams are dimensioned to meet the limit state of bearing capacity which is between 90% and 100% and the limit of usability. The standard HRN EN 1991-1-2 and HRN EN 1995-1-2 were used to calculate the resistance of beams to the fire. Bearing capacity of the beams is determined in the minutes for 30, 60 and 90 minutes, and the maximum bearing capacity of a particular type of beams is determined. Paper is consisted of a theoretical and practical part.. In the theoretical part, we talk about the type of laminated beams and the fire resistance of wooden carriers, and the content of the practical part of the paper is mentioned above.
