Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je Model i simulacija plana montaže armirano-betonske sportke dvorane. Armirano-betonska montažna građevina odabrana za primjer i izradu simulacije je dvorana Sokolskog doma u Osijeku. U uvodnim poglavljima rada su objašnjeni montažni radovi u građevinarstvu, ali i njihove prednosti i nedostaci. U radu se govori i o tehnologiji za izvedbu montažnih radova, pomoćnim sredstvima za montažu koja su korištena i pri izgradnji dvorane Sokolskog doma u Osijeku, ali i načinima transporta montažnih elemenata, od skladišta do željene lokacije. Tijek procesa montaže elemenata, odnosno njegovih faza je objašnjen tekstom i prikazan slikom kroz deset faza. Objašnjen je i pojam BIM-a kroz značenje pojma, ali i njegovu povijest te prednosti i primjenu u građevinarstvu i građevinskim radovima. U praktičnom dijelu izrađena su dva dinamička-vremenska plana, jedan prema očekivanom izvođenju radova, a drugi prema snimci kamere postavljene izravno na gradilištu koja je snimala tijek izvođenja radova. U programu Autodesk NavisWorks Manage, dinamički planovi pridruženi su 3D modelu Dvorane Sokolskog doma izrađenom u programu Autodesk Revit, a dodavanjem vremenske komponente dobiven je 4D BIM model. Na osnovi BIM modela izrađene su dvije simulacije izgradnje dvorane Sokolskog doma, s različitim vremenskim planovima. Simulacijom su prikazane i analizirane razlike koje su uvjetovali različiti dinamički planovi pridruženi 3D modelu.
Abstract (english)
The topic of my masters thesis is „Model and simulation of the assembly plan of a reinforced concrete sports hall“. The chosen reinforced concrete hall is the hall of the Sokolski dom in Osijek, Croatia. In introductory chapters, the author addresser the prefabricated construction works, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. This work also discusses the technology for the execution of prefabricated works, the auxiliary means of erection that were used in the construction of the Sokolski dom sports hall in Osijek, as well as the methods of transporting the prefabricated elements, from the warehouse to the desired location on the construction site. The course of the element assembly process is explained with text and shown with picture through ten phases. The concept of BIM is explained through the very meaning of the term, as well as its history and advantages and applications in civil engineering. In the practical part, two time-schedules were made, one according to the expected progress of work and the other according to the camera footage placed directly on the construction site. In Autodesk's NavisWorks Manage program, the dynamic plan is associated with the 3D model of the Sokolski dom hall created by Autodesk's Revit software, and by the addition of the time component, a 4D model was obtained. Based on the 4D model, two simulations were made for the construction of the Sokolski dom hall, with different time-schedules. During the simulation, the differences caused by the different dynamic plans associated with the 3D model were observed.
