Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu napravljeno je modelsko ispitivanje dva modela koji simuliraju vodotornjeve, sa i bez zatega. Modeli su izrađeni u mjerilu 1:50. Tokom izrade modela naglasak je stavljen na primjenu pravila terije sličnosti. Proveden je numerički proračun modela sukladno zakonima modelske analize, te su dobiveni rezultati uspoređeni sa eksperimentalnim rezultatima. Izrađeni modeli su ispitani u laboratoriju Građevinskog fakulteta u Osijeku. Ispitivanje modela provedeno je na potresnom stolu, pri čemu je korišten zapis Sine Sweep i Northridge. Nakon provedenih ispitivanja rezultati modela su međusobno uspoređeni kako bi se utvrdilo koliko postojanje zatega utječe na ponašanje konstrukcija takvog oblika. Numerička analiza provedena je u računalnom programu SAP 2000, gdje se različitim varijacijama svojstava nastojalo izraditi takav numerički model koji će predstaviti realnu konstrukciju i njezino ponašanje radi evaluacije rezultata dobivenih eksperimentalno.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis model analysis for two models simulating water towers was performed The physical models differed from each other as one of them was strained with wire. The models were tested in the scale of 1:50. Numerical analysis was also developed. Models were built in accordance to similitude requirements. The numerical calculation of the model was performed in accordance with the laws of model analysis, and the obtained results were compared with the experimental results. The models made were tested in the laboratory of the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Osijek. Model testing was performed on the shaking table, using the Northridge earthquake record. After the tests, the results of the model were compared with each other to determine how much the existence of a strain affects the behavior of this kind of structures. Numerical analysis was carried out in the SAP 2000 computer program, with various variations of the properties applied to produce such a numerical model that would represent the real construction and its behavior in order to evaluate the results obtained experimentally.
