Abstract
Tema istraživanja ovoga rada jest primjena HBIM tehnologije u projektu rekonstrukcije povijesne zgrade te istraživanje i primjena koncepta HBIM-a na primjeru povijesne zgrade ;Jahaone – Manježa iz 19. stoljeća u današnjem kampusu osječkog sveučilišta. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu je predstavljen pojam BIM, kao i njegova primjena na graditeljsku baštinu. Predstavljen je i obrazložen pojam graditeljske baštine, kao i pojam rekonstrukcije. Opisana je tipologija i dimenzioniranje prostora jahaonica, te su predstavljeni primjeri zidanih jahaona i primjeri prenamjene ovih prostora. U praktičnom dijelu rada su izrađeni HBIM modeli za zgradu Manjež u Osijeku; inicijalni model - postojećeg stanja te projektirani model izvornog stanja, u programu ArchiCAD 22. Na temelju spomenutih modela izrađen je tender i WBS za rekonstrukciju predmetne građevine, uporabom programa MS Project-a.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this study is the application of HBIM technology in the project of reconstruction of a historical building, and the research and application of the HBIM concept on the example of a historic building, 19 th riding area located on today´s campus of Osijek university. The paper consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The concept of BIM is presented in the theoretical part as well as its application to the architectural heritage. The concept of reconstruction was presented and explained. The typology and dimensioning of the riding area is described and examples of built riding areas and examples of redevelopment of these spaces are presented. In the practical part, HBIM models were created for the riding area in Osijek; the initial model, the existing state and the projected model of the original state, in the program ArchiCAD 22. On the basis of the mentioned models, a tender and a WBS for the reconstruction of the subject building were made using the MS Project program.
