The task of this thesis is to calculate the fire resistance of laminated wood beams that form raw material warehouse. The warehouse was built in 1980 and is it is known as INA – Petrokemija Kutina. The warehouse consists of annex and main supports. These main supports are variable height curved supports that form a static three – hinged frame system. This thesis addresses the calculation of resistance of each support element in fire conditions in which every element is exposed to fire from all four sides, i.e. calculation of how long (in minutes) they can bear the load before they collapse due to the high temperature exposure. The annex pillar is made of coniferous wood C24 with material characteristics defined in HRN EN 388:2016, while the rest of the supports are homogeneously glued laminated wood GL24h with material characteristics defined in HRN EN 14080:2013. To calculate the fire resistance, standards HRN EN 1991-1-2 and HRN EN 1995-1-2 were used. Total load on the constructions consists of constant load, additional constant load and variable load. Constant load is defined by the weight of the main support. Additional load is defined by the weights of the roof cover, secondary beams, roof conveyor beams, walkway and the weight of fence along the roof conveyor. Variable load is defined only as the impact of snow load of single roof (annex) and double roofs. This paper consists of two parts. The first part generally discusses glued laminated supports and it contains load analysis using computer program Tower8 to calculate internal forces. The second part generally discusses the fire resistance of wooden supports and it contains calculation of the fire resistance for each element.
