Abstract
Poslovna zona osječkog IT parka ima centralnu poziciju zona jednake poslovne namjene na južnoj margini grada. One trenutno nisu izgrađene, no ovim se urbanističkim rješenjem uvelike promišlja o njihovom međusobnom povezivanju u budućnosti. Stoga je cilj plana uređenja stvaranje javnog ozelenjenog prostora (parka ili zelenog trga) koji će trenutno služiti kao mjesto okupljanja, druženja i odmora socijalno raznolikoj zajednici, a u budućnosti i poslovnoj zoni grada. Zaživljavaju dva tipa javnog... More zelenog prostora različitih ambijenata proizašlih iz dispozicije poslovnih zgrada dobivene "pucanjem" polubloka, forme iščitane iz okolnog urbanog tkiva. Suživot tehnologije i prirode se iz urbanizma prenosi na poslovnu zgradu do te mjere da i zaposlenik najviše poslovne etaže može pristupiti prirodi za nekoliko trenutaka. Ona se uvlači u zgradu u vidu zelenih terasa dvaju karaktera. Poput prijelaza iz neizgrađenog juga prema izgrađenom sjeveru grada, zeleni prostor se čita otvoreniji na jugu i zapadu prema zatvorenijem na sjeveru i istoku tornja. Abstract (english)
IT park Osijek claims the central position amongst defined business zones located on the south margine of the city. These are yet to be built, but their future connection plays an important role within this urban planning solution. Therefore, the goal is to create a green public space which is, for now, to be used by a socially diverse community to gather, interact and relax. Then, in the future, to be indeed the true definition of a park or a green public square in a business district of... More the city. Two types of public green spaces with different ambients are formed between business buildings. Their disposition comes from "breaking" the urban block which is found in the surrounding urban tissue. Technology and nature's symbiosis is transferred from urban planning to architecture itself, to the extent that a worker of the highest business floor can access nature in just a few steps. Green terraces with two different characters are a way of pulling the nature inside of the building. As well as the transition from unbuilt south to densely built north rim of the city, green space is read as bigger and more open on the south and west side, and smaller and more private on the north an east side of the business tower.
