Abstract
Rad se bavi istraživanjem mogućnosti poboljšanja mehaničkih svojstava (sila sloma i vlačna čvrstoća savijanjem), otpornosti na habanje te trajnosnih svojstava (upijanje vode) poroznog betona tj. betonskih ploča izrađenih od poroznog betona. U tu svrhu pripremljeno je 5 mješavina poroznog betona i ugrađeno u ploče veličine 50x50x5 cm; M1 mješavina je obični porozni beton (referentna mješavina), M2 mješavina je porozni beton s dodatkom lateksa u cementnoj pasti, M3 mješavina je porozni beton kojemu je dio lateksa dodan u cementnu pastu a dio lateksa prskan po agregatu, M4 mješavina je porozni beton izrađen s pijeskom u donjem sloju ploče te kvarcnim pijeskom u gornjem sloju (habajućem sloju) ploče, a M5 mješavina koja je porozni beton u kojemu je u mješavinu dodan dodatak za poboljšanje konzistencije kod zemljo-vlažnih betona. Mehanička svojstva (sila sloma i vlačna čvrstoća savijanjem), otpornost na habanje te trajnosna svojstva (upijanje vode) određena su sukladno normi HRN EN 1339:2004 Betonske ploče za popločavanje – zahtjevi i ispitne metode a dodatno je ispitana i propusnost poroznih ploča sukladno ASTM C1701 Standard Test Method for Infiltration Rate of In Place Pervious Concrete. Dodavanje PENETRON Latexa i SIKA Paver HC-2 u mješavine za porozni beton nije poboljšalo čvrstoću na savijanje. Mješavine s kvarcnim pijeskom ili SikaPaver HC-2 dodatkom pokazale su veću mogućnost upijanja vode. Mješavina s kvarcnim pijeskom i mješavina u kojoj je lateks prskan po agregatu pokazale su veću otpornost na habanje. Za mješavine koje sadrže neki oblik dodataka u ovom istraživanju uočeno je bolja sposobnost procjeđivanja od mješavine standardnog poroznog betona.
Abstract (english)
This paper investigates the possibility of improving the mechanical properties (fracture force and bending strength), wear resistance and infiltration rate of pervious concrete in concrete blocks made of pervious concrete. For this purpose, 5 mixtures of pervious concrete were prepared and installed in frames measuring 50x50x5 cm; M1 mix is ordinary pervious concrete (reference mix), M2 mix is pervious concrete with addition of latex in cement paste, M3 mix is pervious concrete whit part of latex is added to cement paste and part of latex sprayed on aggregate, M4 mix is pervious concrete made with sand in the lower layer of the block and quartz sand in the upper layer (wering course) of the block, and M5 a mixture that is pervious concrete in which an admixture is added to the mixture to improve the consistency of soil-wet concrete. Mechanical properties (fracture force and bending strength), wear resistance and infiltration rate were determined in accordance with the standard HRN EN 1339: 2004 Concrete paving blocks - requirements and test methods and Standard Test Method for Infiltration Rate of In Place Pervious Concrete. The addition of PENETRON Latex and SIKA Paver HC-2 to pervious concrete mixes did not improve the bending strength. Mixtures with quartz sand or SikaPaver HC-2 additive have shown a greater ability to absorb water. A mixture with quartz sand and a mixture in which latex was sprayed on the aggregate showed greater wear resistance. For mixtures containing some form of admixture in this study, a better permeability was observed than a mixture of standard pervious concrete.
