Abstract
Diplomski rad iz kolegija Upravljanje projektima bavi se praćenjem i kontrolom projekata u građevini. U prvom teorijskom dijelu opisani su pojmovi praćenja i kontrole. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na ključne pokazatelje izvršenja – KPI. Također je opisan način kojim ćemo kontrolirati važne resurse vrijeme i troškove te kontrolu mogućih promjena, ograničenja i kontrolu rizika. U drugom praktičkom dijelu na izgradnji pet industrijskih hala kroz metodu ostvarene vrijednosti – EVA prikazat ćemo kako se kontroliraju vrijeme i troškovi. Analizirat ćemo odnose planiranih i ostvarenih vrijednosti i komentirati ostvarene indekse izvršenja projekta.
Abstract (english)
Graduation thesis from the college Project management deals with monitroing and control of construction project. The first theoretical part describes monitroing and control concepts. Sprecial emphasis is placed on key performance indicators – KPI. It also describes how we will control important resources as time, costs and control of possible changes, limitations and risk control. In the second practical part on the construction of five industrial halls through the earned value analysis – EVA we will show how time and costs are controlled. We will alalyzed relationships from planned and actual values and comment actual index project.
