Abstract
Projektom „IT park Osijek“ planirana je zgrada „IT poslovni centar“ namijenjena za razvoj manjih / mladih tvrtki i urediti neophodna infrastruktura za dovođenje zgrade i okolnih parcela u funkciju. Urbanističko rješenje IT parka Osijek čini polublok poslovnih zgrada koji obuhvaća četiri tornja (trapezoidnog oblika) i tri lamele ( u obliku isječka kružnog vijenca). Parterno uređenje u formi je zrakastih mikro zona koje svojim sužavanjem navode smjer kretanja prema središnjim sadržajima smještenim u kružne paviljone. Predmetno idejno rješenje odnosi se na istočni toranj i pripadajuću lamelu, međusobno funkcionalno povezane objekte no konstrukcijski odvojene dilatacijom.
Abstract (english)
The project "IT Park Osijek" plans the building "IT Business Center" intended for the development of small / young companies and arrange the necessary infrastructure to bring the building and surrounding plots into operation. The urban solution of the IT park Osijek consists of a semi-block of office buildings that includes four towers (trapezoidal in shape) and three lamellas (in the shape of a circular wreath). The plot ground floor arrangement is in the form of radiating micro zones which, by their narrowing, indicate the direction of movement towards the central contents located in circular pavilions. The conceptual design in question refers to the eastern tower and the associated lamella, mutually functionally connected buildings but structurally separated by dilatation.
