Abstract
Razvojem BIM metodologije, ubrzavaju se procesi projektiranja i građenja te olakšavaju procesi održavanja i upravljanja građevinama. Unošenjem točnih i detaljnih informacija o materijalu, geometriji, elementima kao i svim ostalim komponentama unutar zajedničke baze BIM modela dobiva se interoperabilna platforma koja svim sudionicima projekta omogućuje olakšan pristup i zajednički rad na modelu. Ispravnost unesenih podataka značajno utječe na točnost BIM modela. U ovom radu izrađena je usporedba dva BIM modela manje obiteljske kuće s ciljem utvrđivanja i identifikacije pogrešaka koje su nastale tijekom modeliranja, a mogu utjecati na daljnju statičku analizu i proračune koji se na temelju BIM modela mogu raditi (količine materijala, energetskih svojstava i slično). Identificirane greške klasificirane su prema uzorku nastanka kao i utjecaju na točnost konstruktivnog modela.
Abstract (english)
With the development of BIM methodology, the processes of design and construction are accelerated, and the processes of maintenance and management of buildings are facilitated. By entering accurate and detailed information about the material, geometry, elements, as well as all other components within the common BIM model database, an interoperable platform is obtained which simplifies access and joint work on the model for all project participants. Correct input data is essential for an accurate BIM model. In this paper, a comparison of two BIM models of a small family house is made to determine and identify errors that occurred during modeling, which can affect the latter static analysis and calculations based on BIM models (quantities of materials, energy properties, etc.). The identified errors were classified according to the pattern of occurrence as well as the influence on the accuracy of the construction model.
