Abstract
Beton je danas neizostavni materijal u gradnji. Povećani zahtjevi za gradnjom novih građevina i obnovom dotrajalih konstrukcija doveli su do otkrića, razvoja i primjene novih vrsta betona. Cilj ovog rada bio je ispitati svojstva betona u kojem je agregat zamijenjen košticama voća. Izrađeno je sedam mješavina, referentna mješavina s dolomitnim agregatom frakcija 0-4 i 4-8 mm, 3 mješavine u kojima je sitna frakcija agregata zamijenjena s košticama grožđa (netretirane koštice, koštice tretirane s 2,5 % natrijevog hidroksida i koštice tretirane s 5 % natrijevog hidroksida) te 3 mješavine u kojima je krupna frakcija agregata zamijenjena s košticama višnje (netretirane koštice, koštice tretirane s 2,5 % i koštice tretirane s 5 % natrijevog hidroksida). Izrađeni su uzorci oblika kocke dimenzija 15x15x15 cm i njegovani u vodi do 28. dana starosti. Ispitane su gustoće i tlačne čvrstoće svih uzoraka. Rezultati su pokazali smanjenje gustoće i tlačne čvrstoće kod betona sa zamijenjenim agregatom (koštice grožđa i višnje) te se zaključuje da je manje pogodan za uporabu u konstrukcijske svrhe.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, concrete is an indispensable material in construction. Increased demands for the construction of new buildings and the renovation of dilapidated structures have led to the discovery, development and application of new types of concrete. The aim of this work was to examine the properties of concrete in which the aggregate was replaced by stone fruits. Seven mixtures were made, the reference mixture with dolomite aggregate fractions 0-4 and 4-8 mm, 3 mixtures in which the fine fraction of the aggregate was replaced with grape stones (untreated stones, stones treated with 2.5% sodium hydroxide and stones treated with 5% sodium hydroxide) and 3 mixtures in which the coarse fraction of the aggregate was replaced with cherry stones (untreated stones, stones treated with 2.5% and stones treated with 5% sodium hydroxide). Cube-shaped samples measuring 15x15x15 cm were made and nurtured in water until 28 days of age. The densities and compressive strengths of all samples were tested. The results showed a decrease in density and compressive strength in concrete with replaced aggregate (grape seeds and cherries) and it is concluded that it is less suitable for use for structural purposes.
