Abstract
Tema, a ujedno i cilj ovog diplomskog rada je analiza specifičnosti procesa upravljanja kvalitetom kod montažne gradnje, te isticanje sličnosti i razlika procesa u odnosu na klasičnu gradnju. U uvodnom dijelu rada istaknuto je općenito o montažnoj gradnji, trenutno stanje, trendovi, tipski projekti odnosno katalozi najistaknutiji proizvođača montažnih kuća u Republici Hrvatskoj te zakonodavni okvir. U drugoj cjelini rada obrađena je tehnologija građenja montažnih zgrada. Od procesa proizvodnje prefabriciranih elementa, normativa izvođenja skupine radova kod montažne gradnje te podjela montažne gradnje. U trećoj cjelini rada obrađen je dio rada koji se odnosi na program kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete. Odnosno koji su kriteriji kvalitete kod montažne gradnje. Što je to tvornička kontrola kvalitete te dokazivanje sukladnosti građevine sa zahtjevima i propisima odnosno sukladnost materijala i procesa montaže sa zahtjevima i propisima. Posljednji dio rada govori o obvezama nadzornog inženjera pri nadzoru kvalitete kod izvođenja radova.
Abstract (english)
The topic, and also the goal of this thesis is the analysis of the specifics of the quality management process in prefabricated construction and highlighting the similarities and differences of the process in relation to classical construction. In the introductory part of the paper, it is pointed out in general about prefabricated construction, the current situation, trends, standard projects, or catalogs of the most prominent manufacturers of prefabricated houses in the Republic of Croatia and the legislative framework. In the second part of the paper, the technology of construction of prefabricated buildings is discussed. From the process of production of prefabricated elements, norms of performing a group of works in prefabricated construction and division of prefabricated construction. The third part of the paper deals with the part of the paper related to the quality control and assurance program. That is, what are the quality criteria for prefabricated construction. What is factory quality control and proving the compliance of the building with the requirements and regulations, i.e. the compliance of materials and assembly processes with the requirements and regulations. The last part of the paper talks about the obligations of the supervising engineer in quality control during the execution of works.
