Abstract
Koncept urbanizma se temelji na principima gradacije i pikselizacije te ozeljenjavanju prostora. Cilj je bio osigurati novo atraktivno zeleno središte kvalitetnog poslovnog dijela Osijeka. To postižemo stvaranjem točkaste izgradnje različite visine, između koje je prožeto zelenilo. Osnovna ideja pri arhitektonskom oblikovanju poslovne zgrade proizlazi iz urbanizma. Glavni motiv urbanizma - kocka, uzima se pri oblikovanju zgrade, a ideja zelenila se metaforički prenosi na pročelje zgrade.
Abstract (english)
The concept of urbanism is based on the principles of gradation and pixelization and landscapping the space. The goal was to provide a new attractive green center of a quality business part of Osijek. We achieve this by creating a point construction of different heights, between which greenery is permeated.The main idea in the architectural design of office building derives from the urbanist solution itself. The main motive of urbanism - the cube, is taken in the design of the building, and the idea of greenery is metaphorically transferred to the facade of the building.
