Abstract
Ideja urbanističkog rješenja je stvoriti vertikalni reper na ulazu u Osijek. Uz njega nastaju urbani prostori uz predviđene pješačke puteve. Prateći dimenzije okolnih trgovačkih centara, izdvaja se središnji dio obuhvata. U njemu se poštujući princip strukturalizma smještaju poslovne zgrade. Cilj arhitektonskog rješenja je stvaranje ugodnog ambijenta korištenjem prirodnih elemenata kao što su zelenilo, terakota i osvjetljenje. Lamela se sastoji od 3 tornja od kojih se središnji ističe kao najviši i u njemu su okupljeni zajednički sadržaji. Druga dva tornja su koncipirana od pojedinačnih privatnih ureda.
Abstract (english)
The idea of the urban planning solution is to create a vertical landmark at the entrance to Osijek. Alongside it, urban spaces emerge along the designated pedestrian paths. Following the dimensions of the surrounding shopping centers, the central part of the area stands out. Within it, adhering to the principles of structuralism, office buildings are situated. The goal of the architectural solution is to create a pleasant environment using natural elements such as greenery, terracotta, and lighting. The structure consists of three towers, with the central one standing out as the tallest, housing shared facilities. The other two towers are designed as individual private offices.
