Abstract
Jedan od značajnijih faktora razvijenosti država, regija i gradova je razina razvijenosti industrije. Ističe se po udjelu u ekonomiji i broju zaposlenih te zbog doprinosa u bruto domaćem proizvodu. Razvoj industrije mijenja i prostorne potrebe te se od početka 20. stoljeća javlja koncept zoniranja i planiraju se industrijske, slobodne, poduzetničke i ekonomske zone. Osnivanje zona se odvija na svim upravljačkim razinama. Zona može biti inicijativa lokalne, županijske, najrjeđe nacionalne razine, a može biti i inicijativa privatne razine. Zahvaljujući mnogim povlasticama i beneficijama, poduzetnici se odlučuju na takvo poslovanje i zbog toga lociraju svoja poduzeća u zonama. Jedan od projekata gospodarskih zona je projekt izgradnje Gospodarske zone Antunovac, kapitalni projekt i pokazatelj ekonomskog razvitka općine Antunovac. Daljnji gospodarski i društveni razvoj zajednice usmjeren je na optimizaciju i učinkovitu provedbu izgradnje, uređenja i zauzimanja postojećih kapaciteta Gospodarske zone. Zona se nalazi u istočnom dijelu Republike Hrvatske u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji, u blizini grada Osijeka.
Abstract (english)
One of the key factors which define how much countries, regions, and cities are developed is industry development. It is defined by economy share as well as empolyment rate, becuase of its contribution to Gross domestic product. Industry development requires more needs for space, so starting from 20th century zone concept model is being used, therefore industrial, free, entreprenuial and economy zones are being formed. In order to be able to establish such zones both local and goverment management are included. Zone incetives may come from local, regional and state authoroties, and even in some cases private investors. Thanks to its many upsides and benefits, entrepreneurs decide on such planing resulting in them locating their businesses in zones. One of such economic zone is project Economic zone Antunovac, which is a capital project that emphasizes economic growth of Antunovac. Further economic and social development of the community is focused on the optimization and efficient implementation of the construction, arrangement and occupation of the existing capacities of the Economic Zone. Zone is located in the east part of Republic of Croatia, in Osječko-baranjska county, near the city of Osijek.
