Abstract
Urbanizam se temelji na gradaciji i pikselizaciji te ozelenjavanjem prostora. Započinje offsetiranim blokom koji na dalje prošupljujemo odnosno pikseliziramo kako bismo dobili točkastu izgradnju u zelenilu. Koncept proizlazi iz urbanističkog pikseliziranja. Uzima se osnovna grafička jedinica piksela, naglašava ga se, hipertrofira i daje treća dimenzija. Dodavanjem pikselu 3. dimenziju on postaje kocka, kocku se dijeli na etaže, etažama daju karakteristike, te se zgradi dodaje zeleni krov i oblači dvostruka ovojnica. Zgrada je takvih dimenzija da se gotovo svaka funkcionalna jedinica smiješta na svoju etažu. Tlocrtno se dijeli na dva glavna prostora koje dijeli središnja dvojna jezgra
Abstract (english)
The urban design is based on gradation and pixelization and incorporating green spaces. It starts offwith an offset block, which we further hollow or pixelate to get a dotted building comlex in the greenary.The concept stems from the urban pixelization. The basic graphic unit of the pixel is taken, it is emphasized, hypertrophied and given a third dimension. By adding a 3rd dimension to the pixel, it becomes a cube, the cube is divided into floors, the floors are given characteristics, and a greenbuilding is of such dimensions that almost every functional unit is located on its own floor. The floor plan is divided into two main spaces divided by a central double core.
