Abstract
Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu je objašnjen pojam izvantroškovničkih radova i njihova podjela na naknadne, nepredviđene i više/manje radove. Objašnjeno je kako se pokrivaju troškovi naknadnih radova koji su većinom zatraženi od strane naručitelja, nepredviđeni radovi koji su nastali zbog greške u tehničkoj opremi i radovi koje je izvođač morao hitno izvesti zbog sigurnosti sudionika. Analizirane su situacije u kojima dolazi do promjene cijena i na koji način i pod kojim uvjetima su one nadomještene. Zakonima o javnoj nabavi i obveznim odnosima iznesena su prava naručitelja i izvođača pri izvedbama izvantroškovničkih radova. Objašnjena je uloga nadzornog inženjera pri promjeni ugovorene količine. U praktičnom dijelu rada na primjerima analize cijena prikazan je način obračuna naknadnih radova.
Abstract (english)
The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the concept of extra-cost works and their division into subsequent, unforeseen and more/less works are explained. It is explained how the costs of subsequent works are covered, which are mostly requested by the client, unforeseen works resulting from technical equipment failures, and works that the contractor had to urgently perform for the safety of the participants. The situations leading to price changes have been analyzed, along with the methods and conditions under which these changes are compensated. The laws on public procurement and contractual obligations define the rights of the client and the contractor when it comes to performing extracost works. The role of the supervising engineer in managing changes to the contracted quantities is also explained. In the practical part of the work, using a specific example of the analysis of subsequent work costs, it can be seen what the subsequent works in the project are and how the costs of these works are calculated.
