Abstract
Tema završnog rada je urbanističko i arhitektonsko rješenje poslovne zone Retfala-Jug koja se nalazu na jugozapadu Osijeka. Urbanističkim se rješenjem predviđa 9 zgrada poslovne namjene između kojih se kao glavni akcent prostora provlači organička šetnica sa čeličnom konstrukcijom ispunjenom sadržajima te temom zelene proizvodnje. Arhitektonskim rješenjem definira se jedna poslovna zgrada na jugozapadu obuhvata. Koncept ove zgrade bazira se na proučavanju radnih uvjeta kod kojih se ističe problem umora i konstantnog sjedenje na jednom mjestu. Cilj ovoga projekta je tako stvoriti prostore u zgradi koji će ispuniti dnevne potrebe čovjeka koji je zatvoren u uredu, odnosno prostore unutar zgrada rasporediti tako da potakne čovjeka na kretanje. Zgrada je podijeljena na 3 volumena sa 3 različita karaktera. Priroda se iz okoline uvlači u prostor između dva tornja stvarajući zelenu tampon zonu. 6 elemenata koje možemo pronaći u prirodi: zemlja, voda, vjetar, sunce, vegetacija, ljudi, kroz različito prostorno oblikovanje prožimaju se kroz samu zgradu. Zelena vegetacija unutar zgrade nastavlja teme proizvodnje iz urbanističkog rješenja. Kod vanjskog oblikovanja zgrade korištena je cigla kao tradicionalni prirodni element ovoga područja.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final paper is the urban and architectural solution of the Retfala-Jug business zone, which is located in the southwest of Osijek. The urban design envisages 9 buildings for business purposes, between which the main accent of the space is an organic promenade with a steel structure filled with amenities and the theme of green production. The architectural solution defines one office building in the southwest of the area. The concept of this building is based on the study of working conditions in which the problem of fatigue and constant sitting in one place is emphasized. The goal of this project is to create spaces in the building that will meet the daily needs of a person who is confined in the office, i.e. arrange the spaces inside the buildings in such a way as to encourage people to move. The building is divided into 3 volumes with 3 different characters. Nature draws in from the surroundings into the space between the two towers, creating a green buffer zone. The 6 elements that we can find in nature: earth, water, wind, sun, vegetation, people, through different spatial design permeate the building itself. The green vegetation inside the building continues the themes of production from the urban solution. In the exterior design of the building, brick was used as a traditional natural element of this area.
