Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je zahvat rekonstrukcije postojećeg armirano – betonskog spremnika za kišnicu („gusterna“) u stambeni prostor od trenutka dobivanja pravomoćne građevinske dozvole do puštanja u pogon i rekonstrukcija postojećeg ravnog krova koji je nakon 13 godina korištenja počeo propuštati kišnicu u stambeni prostor. Postupak rekonstrukcije opisan je na konkretnom primjeru gdje je autor teksta prilikom izvođenja bio u ulozi voditelja radova. Prilikom rekonstrukcije korišteni su materijali dostupni na hrvatskom tržištu i certificirani od strane ovlaštenih institucija, radovi su završeni u roku od pet mjeseci.
