Abstract
Ovaj rad pokušat će približiti strukturiranje i način postupka ishođenja građevinske dozvole te prijave početka građenja. Najprije je opisan pojam građevinske dozvole i zakonodavni okvir.Nakon toga detaljno je objašnjen postupak ishođenja građevinske dozvole.Pod posebnom točkom u radu evidentirana je sva potrebna dokumentacija za ishođenje istoga.Također je u radu prikazan dijagram toka i dinamički plan za građevinsku dozvolu. U završnom dijelu rada uspoređen je postupak ishođenja građevinske dozvole u Republici Hrvatskoj sa susjednim zemljama(Bosna i Hercegovina,Srbija,Slovenija)
Abstract (english)
This article will try to approach the structure and method of the procedure of obtaining construction permits and starting of construction. First described the legislative framework and the concept of building permits. After this is explained in detail the process of obtaining a building permit and has recorded all the necessary documentation for obtaining the same. It is also shown in the work flow chart and dynamic plan for the building permit.. In the final part of the paper compared the process of obtaining a building permit in the Republic of Croatia with neighboring countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina , Serbia , Slovenia)
