Abstract
Predmet ovoga rada je izrada plana aktivnosti i analize troškova održavanja i uporabe školske sportske dvorane i njenih pratećih sadržaja. Plan održavanja je izrađen prema vrsti i namjeni građevine, zatim su analizirani troškovi preventivnih i reaktivnih aktivnosti održavanja, kao i troškovi uporabe za vremensko razdoblje od 26 godina. Za analizu su se u obzir uzimali svi troškovi životnog ciklusa (LCC) i neto sadašnja vrijednost (NPV) ukupnih troškova aktivnosti održavanja i uporabe za svaku godinu analiziranog razdoblja. Na kraju ovog dijela rada je izrađena analiza osjetljivosti, koja prikazuje utjecaj promjene razdoblja analize i promjene diskontne stope na krajnje rezultate. Svi rezultati su prikazani u tablicama i uspoređeni na dijagramima. U sklopu glavnog predmeta ovoga rada opisano je modeliranje troškova energije u održavanju sportskih centara, kao i proces planiranja prema priručniku za planove i raspoređivanje aktivnosti održavanja. Proces uključuje sve korake potrebne za ostvarenje koncepta plana održavanja.
Abstract (english)
The subject of the paper is the preparation of activity plan and the cost analysis for maintenance and operation of a school sports gym and its following contents. The maintenance plan was made according to the type and the purpose of the building, then the costs of preventive and reactive activities, as well as operation costs were analysed for the time period of 26 years. The analysis considered all life cycle costs (LCC) and net present value (NPV) of the total maintenance activity and operation costs for each year of the analysed period. At the end of the paper is the sensitivity analysis, which shows the influence of variations in the time period and in the discount rate on the final results. In addition to the main subject of the paper there are modelling energy cost of sport centres, as well as the process of plan according to the maintenance planning and scheduling handbook. The process includes all the necessary steps to fulfil the concept of maintenance plan.
