Abstract
U radu su prikazani modeli za predviđanje toka novca u ranim fazama projekta. U uvodu je opisan općenito tok novca u projektima. U drugom poglavlju u radu predstavljen je promatrani projekt, odnosno dan je tehnički opis projekta, popis aktivnosti pomoću kojih je napravljen dinamički plan gdje se svakoj aktivnosti dodao njezin trošak, te se iz dinamičkog plana napravila krivulja toka novca promatranog projekta, odnosno tzv. S-krivulja. Nakon toga su opisani modeli za predviđanje toka novca u ranim fazama projekta. Prvo je objašnjen idiografski pristup potom nomotetski. Kod idiografskog pristupa opisan je The Kenely and Wilson Logit model, dok su od nomotetskih opisani: Bromilowljev, Peerov, Hudsonov, Misikawijev te Boussabainov i Elhagov model. Potom su Hudsonov, Peerov te Boussabainov i Elhagov model primijenji i analizirani u odnosu na promatrani projekt. Zaključeno je kako ne postoji model koji će točno prikazati kretanje troškova u bilo kojem trenutku projekta, ali su korisni za praktičnu uporabu, odnosno dovoljno su dobri za predviđanje toka novca u ranim fazama projekta.
Abstract (english)
This thesis elaborates models used for cash flow forecasting in early phases of the construction project. The introduction explains the basis of cash flow in construction projects. The observed construction project is presented in the second chapter. It provides a technical description of the project, project activity list dynamical plan and associated costs for this list of activities. . From that plan cash flow curve was made, also called S-curve. Furthermore, different cash flow forecasting models in the early phases of the construction project have been described. Firstly, the idiographic approach is explained, and then the nomothetic. With idiographic approach, the Kennely and Wilson logit model is described, whereas with the nomothetic approach the Bromiliwljev's, Peer's, Hudson's, Misikawi's, Boussabain's and Elhag's are depicted. Afterwards, the Bromilow's, Hudson's, Peer's, Bousabain's and Elhang's models have been applied and analyzed in regards to the observed construction project, and finally a conclusion has been made. This thesis concludes that there is no model, which would be able to properly and correctly depict cash flow in any point in time, of the project, although they are efficient enough for forecasting the cash flow in early phases of the construction project.
