Abstract
U prvom dijelu specijalističkog diplomskog rada navodi se problematika prometa u mirovanju te kako se dolazi do optimalnog broja mjesta za parkiranje. Nadalje, navedene su dimenzije mjerodavnog vozila te načini parkiranja i tipski raster uz prednosti i mane. Nakon teorijske obrade prometa u mirovanju slijedi praktičan dio diplomskog rada, a to je idejno rješenje parkirališta sa kontrolom pristupa. Praktičan dio rada sastoji se od tehničkog opisa, proračuna i nacrta. Na postojećoj podlozi uvažavajući povećane potrebe za parkiranjem koje su generirane okolnim sadržajima i faktorima privlačenja prometa. Napravljeno je idejno rješenje parkirališta sa kontrolom pristupa. Kontrola pristupa se riješila postavljanjem branika na ulazu i izlazu te će se naplata vršiti automatski, sukladno vremenskom boravku, pri izlasku s parkirališta. Za uspješno dimenzioniranje parkirališta moraju se poznavati minimalne mjere za parkirališno mjesto te prostora za manevriranje koje ovisi o tipskom rasteru.
Abstract (english)
In the first part of the specialist diploma thesis states the issue of traffic at standstill and how to come up with the optimum number of parking spaces. Further, the dimensions of the vehicle concerned and the parking modes and the type raster are provided with the advantages and disadvantages. After the theoretical processing of standstill traffic follows the practical part of the graduate thesis, which is the conceptual solution of the access control of a parking lot. The practical part of the work consists of a technical description, a budget and a draft. On the existing base, considering the increased parking needs that are generated by the surrounding facilities and the factors of attracting traffic. The conceptual solution of the access control parking lot was created. The access control is solved by setting the bumper at the entrance and exit and the charge will be made automatically, in accordance with the time, when leaving the parking lot. For a successful dimensioning of the parking lot, minimum parking space and maneuvering space dependent on the type raster must be known.
