Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu bavit ćemo se građevinskim projektom, razraditi što je to projekt. Objasniti ćemo pojam upravljanja projektom. Zatim se baviti planiranjem toka novca i vremena u projektu visokogradnje. Razvit ćemo različite metode planiranja. Kako bi napravili kvalitetan plan, bitno je krenuti od strukture plana.U ovom radu ćemo koristiti strukturu plana WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). WBS je grafički prikaz komponenti projekta, po fazama izgradnje. Prikazat ćemo ga grafički za zadanu građevinu visokogradnje. Tu se radi o objektnom WBS-u. Osim WBS-a, u radu ćemo obraditi i OBS (struktura upravljanja projektom) za zadani projekt, te ih međusobno povezati. Kako bi nam se olakšalo planiranje, u današnje vrijeme su prisutni računalni programi. U ovom radu će se kroz program Msproject povezati planirani troškovi i planirano vrijeme za zadani projekt visokogradnje. Postoje različiti modeli za predviđanje toka novca, u ovom radu će se spominjati nekoliko njih, najčešće se izražavaju preko S-krivulje, a u radu će se obraditi S-krivulja koju uzima u odnos planirane troškove i planirano vrijeme.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis we will deal with the phrase „construction project“ and try to elaborate what the project is. We will explain the concept of project management. We will deal with planning of expenditure flow and time management in the construction project. We shall develop different planning methods. In order to make a quality plan, it is important to start from the structure of the plan. In this paper, we will use the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) structure plan. WBS is a graphical representation of project components, at separate stages of construction. We'll show it graphically for the given building construction. Here, we are talking about object WBS. In addition to the WBS, we will also elaborate the OBS (project management structure) for the given project and try to link them together. In order to facilitate planning, computer programs are very helpfull today. In this paper, we will link the planned costs and the planned time for the given project through the programme MSProject. There are a number of models for predicting the flow of money, and in this paper several of them will be mentioned. Most commonly they are expressed through the S-curve, and the work will elaborate the S-curve that co-relates the planned costs and planned time.
