Abstract
U radu je obrađena studija koja pokušava utvrditi metodologije za procjenu trajnosti građevina kao i njihov životni vijek. Cilj je bio uspostaviti metode za prvi pristup predviđanja životnog vijeka koji je primijenjen na primjeru fasadih obloga koje su najpogođenije raznim oštećenjima i utjecajima okoliša. Izvodi se opsežno istraživanje o konceptima koji se odnose na vijek trajanja i trajnost građevinskih komponenti, metodologija i standardizacija vezanih uz tu temu. Definirane su informacije prikupljene tijekom terenskog rada, što omogućava fizičku i vizualnu karakterizaciju i daljnju kvantifikaciju stanja degradacije. Nadalje se kroz analizu prezentira primjenjivost različitih metoda za modeliranje degradacije i životnog vijeka analiziranih fasadnih obloga. Obavljena je komparativa analiza različitih predloženih modela, te su se tako dobile korisne informacije za donošenje odluka u odabiru modela. U nastavku je obrađen primjer plana i analize troškova održavanja i uporabe društvenog doma u Davoru za vremensko razdoblje od 40 godina. Tokom proračuna je prikazan i utjecaj promjene diskontne stope te promjena duljine razdoblja analize koja utječe na kretanje troškova. S obzirom na nedostatak stvarnih podataka, korištene su procijenjene vrijednosti
Abstract (english)
The disertation deals with a study that attempts to establish methodologies for estimating the durability of buildings as well as their service life. The aim was to establish methods for a first approach prediction to life expectancy applied in the example of façade claddings that are most affected by various damages and environmental impacts. Extensive research on concepts related to the service life and durability of construction components, methodologies and standardization related to the subject are being conducted. The information gathered during field work has been defined, enabling physical and visual characterization and further quantification of the state of degradation. Furthermore, the analysis presents the applicability of different methods for modeling the degradation and service life of the facade claddings. A comparative analysis of the various proposed models was made, and useful information was obtained for decision making process in the model selection. An example of the plan and the cost of maintenance and use of the social home in Davor for a period of 40 years is provided. The budget also shows the impact of the change in the discount rate and the change in the length of the analysis period that affects the cost movement. Given the lack of actual data, estimates were used.
