The urban design project of the business zone of the IT center put focus on the use of public, open space, and through a series of pedestrian paths, public areas and interactive parks, it has strongly connected the place with the environment. The initial idea of the architectural solution of an office building derives from the spatial requirements of the architectural program. The position of the selected location on the eastern edge of the scope additionally determines the design of the facade of the urban complex. The complete urban solution determined this position as a vertical benchmark in a wider area. The tower becomes the highest point of urban place which requires a greater spatial distance of the building user from the public and social ground floor than with other assemblies in the complex. The social space is drawn in from the west, from the space of the public park, into the building and passes to the east, creating a barrier towards the eastern, lower quality space. The solution offers an opening of the view towards Gacka Street where the pedestrian is drawn in and encouraged to come within the complex. Integrated gardens are located on the corners of the building and are open on two sides. Some social facilities such as cafes, canteens, rest rooms, games rooms, or gyms are connected to the gardens. The gardens vertically connect two or three floors, thus providing an opportunity to meet and socialize.
