The site plan of the IT Park is located in the centre south part of the city Osijek and hasn’t yet been affirmed. The urban solution of the park is conceived as an interface of old video games where the contents of the site are arranged. In the set grid, orientated towards busy Gacka Street south of the site, buildings formed as tetrominoes are set. 4 out of 6 buildings on the site form a new facade for Gacka Street and between them a pavilion is placed as an entrance and to deter noise, pollution and to form a waiting station for the local tram with a small bakery, shop and toilets. In the IT Park several squares with different contents are placed and woven together by a promenade which resembles the famous game Snake. The building itself communicates with the content around it and is formed by it. The ground floor is opened up to visually connect the two squares on each side of the building and to accentuate the entrances. The buildings second skin lifts to keep the ground floor open and it tears to open parts of the building towards the parks content. The ground floors’ plan is open and content wise it’s orientated towards visitors and informal events, while the higher floors have office spaces of diverse sizes and characteristics for diverse users.
