The concept of the urban solution arose from the identity of the place - the city blocks. The IT park is dominated by a multi-purpose park area surrounded by office buildings and pedestrian lawyers for the reason that the pedestrian forms and experiences the space. Road traffic is minimized by installing entrances to underground parking garages next to the entrances to the IT park. The concept and design of the building is determined by the pedestrian passage that penetrates through the ground floor of the building. Public space is multiplied vertically in the form of public spaces available to employees and citizens. In the public-social vertical, they are located on floors; internet cafe, canteen, fitness with sauna, and a two-level playroom with a rock for climbing. The same public-social vertical divides the building into two parts, in which there are two business companies with their representative entrance spaces, public and catering facilities on the ground floor. On the upper floors there are classrooms, presentation halls, meeting rooms and group workspaces. On the upper floors, individual workspaces alternately in the wings appear along the facades with accompanying spaces in the central stretch - meeting rooms, kitchenettes, communication rooms, etc., and mixed floors with a combination of group workspaces and individual offices. On Thursday, the floor houses individual offices, group workspaces and administrative spaces with accompanying facilities. Apartments are located on the fifth floor, while the second part of the fifth floor is uncovered and is used as a roof terrace. The facade of the office building is, according to the conditions from the urban solution, transparent at ground level while located on higher floors, due to the functionality and character of the work performed in IT companies, lined with direct sunlight double PTFE networks. The frame construction system allows control over the span of the pedestrian crossing. The areas of the pedestrian passage and the publicsocial vertical are free of the structure, ie the structure passes laterally from them.
