Designed business building is located on the outskirts of Osijek in Retfala - Jug business zone. The urban plan determined the location of eight commercial buildings and one public building in the very center. The center of the enclosure is a combination of several different micro-amenities that were created by the arrangement of the buildings themselves within the enclosure. The architectural solution deals with the project of one of the office buildings, defined by the lamella typology, in the south of the complex. The concept of the architectural solution continues on the initially set goals of the urban solution, the emphasis on the connection of the building with nature, the human scale, the interaction of employees and the views that were provided to me by setting up three larger microambients. The necessary content of the building is located on two peripheral sides, while the emphasis is placed on the central space, which is both the main communication and attraction of the building. The internal layout of the contents creates a contrast with the western facade and the distribution of its contents. The outer part of the western facade enables the interaction of work with nature with the help of green terraces that are interconnected by additional communication up to the green roof. It is precisely this game of clashing greenery and architecture that enables and complements the scenario of the building itself, and its simple form becomes a continuous distorted factor. Hierarchically, the surface area of the floor decreases by height, and the distribution of the functional units themselves is based on this. During the design, attention was also paid to the contents that will be important for the further development of the company, providing contents for the community and for the company's employees. A clear division of purposes in theinterior of the building was ensured so that the end user couldintuitively use the space
