Abstract
U radu je prikazan način određivanja energetskih svojstava građevine, godišnje potrebne energije za grijanje i ukupne godišnje cijene toplinske energije. Prikazani su načini poboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti, troškovi implementacije i uštede koje je moguće ostvariti implementacijom predloženih mjera na primjeru stambene zgrade. Problem kod starijih zgrada je taj što su propisi o toplinskoj izolaciji u prošlosti, kada je predmetna zgrada izgrađena, bili znatno blaži nego danas, a stolarija koja se tada ugrađivala ne zadovoljava današnje propise. Sve navedeno dovodi do velike potrošnje energije za grijanje i hlađenje uslijed gubitaka topline kroz vanjsku ovojnicu zbog nedostatne toplinske zaštite. Rješenje navedenog problema se svodi na analizu ovojnice građevine na temelju koje je moguće definirati poboljšanja toplinskih svojstava ovojnice građevine, odnosno uštedu potrebne energije za grijanje i/ili hlađenje. U prvom dijelu rada se analizira energetska učinkovitost zgrade prije mjera poboljšanja. Kako bi se dobio uvid koje dijelove treba sanirati i koliku uštedu je moguće postići bitno je analizirati stanje vanjske ovojnice prije sanacije. S obzirom da u zgradi postoje zasebne stambene jedinice u prizemlju i na katu, zgrada se promatra kroz tri odvojena slučaja u radu. Analiziraju se energetska svojstva zgrade, te odvojeno prizemlja i kata. Drugi dio rada se odnosi na ispitivanje različitih mjera povećanja energetske učinkovitosti kojima će građevina zadovoljavati važeće propise. Analizirane su i uspoređene potrebne mjere poboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti za sva tri promatrana slučaja, troškovi povećanja energetske učinkovitosti i jednostavni periodi povrata investicija predloženih mjera.

This work presents analysis of energy performance of the building, way to determine its overal annual energy consumption, overal annual cost for heating, way to determine best options to improve efficiency in order to achieve savings and possible measures to achieve proper energy efficiency. 40 years ago thermal insulation and windows quality regulations were much less strict than current standards, and because of it old buildings dissipate too much energy for heating and/or cooling because of heat loss through walls, floors, ceilings and windows. Solution for this problem is implementation a series of analysis on building envelope which leads to the conclusion what actions can be undertaken in order to improve the thermal performance of the building envelope and reduce amount of energy for heating and/or cooling. The first part of this thesis is related to the analysis of energy efficiency of whole building and it’s individual parts, depending on the observed case, before applying measures. It is important to analyze energy performance before retrofitting in order to obtain insight into which measures could be applied and what savings could be achieved. The second part of thesis refers to the analysis of different energy efficiency measures and/or combinations of measures that are needed to achieve required energy efficiency. Also, it is necessary to analyze and compare different retrofit measures for all three cases, the level of investments, investment simple payback period and to draw conclusion which retrofit measures are most cost-effective.
