Sažetak (engleski) | The urban-architectural solution had to be placed within the ecological-agricultural nature on the zone next to Gacka Street. The assigned site is one of the first items that are visible at the entrance to the city, which gives this solution additional depth which is representativeness. The urban solution of the complex arose from the desire to mirror the towers along the Drava,
ie to create a new "set" of towers along the "pseudo - Drava" = bypass. There are a total of 5 towers whose floor plan dimension is consistent and equal, while the heights vary. What connects the towers is a single-storey horizontal element, which creates wholeness in the whole complex. The design of the ground floor was done in a way that resembles Slavonian fields. The lamella can act as a limiting factor in the design, which is why the framework of possibilities has been created, ie urban regulations that define its number of storeys in certain parts in response to, among other things, the problem maps. The solution seems like a "small town in the city", towers that form a representative image of the city at the entrance from Trpimirova Street. The designed building is closest to the main entrance to the complex - from the north. The entrance leads to the market from which direct access to the office building is possible – but it not the only one. Given the small floor area of the tower, different contents have found their place in the lamella that makes up the integrated element along with it. The number of storeys of the towers corresponds to the future potential construction on the eastern side of the scope. The plot is designed in such a way that one plot is divided by two buildings, and thus the garage, which is two-storey. The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of various facilities that enrich it. In addition, it is well connected with the rest of the city - in the form of almost every form of traffic. The 11 storey building is located within the entire complex, which is accentuated by a horizontal single-storey element that connects several business and office buildings and the hotel. After rejecting modern design techniques, early use of 2D and 3D software and studying the given parameters of the task, it was noticed that the building is of ecological - agricultural character, which emphasized the need to find inspiration in nature. The direct search for inspiration was proved unsuccessful, which prompted the figurative – search for geometry in nature. It is found in waves, leaves, etc., and also in beehives. Bees use
a golden cut when making honeycombs - which has become both a concept and the main guiding thread in design. Looking from the ground floor upwards, the facilities are arranged as follows: entrance (reception, nutrition offices), multi – functional space and congress hall with accompanying facilities, product development department, procurement department, sales department, design department (two-storey), gym and playroom, apartments, administration (two-storey) and space for air conditioning and space for solar panels on the roof. The facilities needed in the garage are located on both underground floors. The design solution is in line with the concept, in that a natural material - terracotta - is used as the design element. Its original color has not changed, and the complementary color to orange is blue - which also divides the lamella of the tower in terms of shape, although they are functionally connected into one whole. The final wall coverings in the interior are plaster of different colors. The aspect of energy efficiency is most noticeable in the choice of floor coverings, which is recycled wood flooring, the color of which varies - black and white on the first and last two floors, and the rest is brown. Furthermore, double glass was selected for the windows and solar panels mounted on the roof use sunlight to produce the direct current used in the building. Rainwater is collected and filtered and used for watering the roof garden on the lamella and rinsing sanitary devices for which it is possible. The external dimensions of the building are 26 x 16 m, including a skeleton system consisting of 8 pillars and a 2 m deep cantilever. The skeleton frame construction system is accompanied with a communication core surrounded by reinforced concrete walls. |
